RestaurantOS targets 99.9% monthly application availability for production SaaS environments, excluding planned maintenance, customer-side issues, third-party outages, and force majeure events.
Critical production incidents are prioritized first. Target initial response times depend on plan and agreement, with critical issues typically targeted within business-critical support windows.
Planned maintenance may be scheduled for security patches, infrastructure updates, database maintenance, and major releases. Customers should receive reasonable notice when service impact is expected.
Priority 1 covers broad outage or severe payment/POS/KOT blocking. Priority 2 covers major degraded operations. Priority 3 covers limited workflow issues. Priority 4 covers questions and cosmetic issues.
SLA targets exclude customer internet outages, device failures, incorrect configuration, external payment terminals, third-party services, abuse, security incidents caused by customer credentials, and unsupported custom changes.
