RestaurantOS provides cloud software for restaurant operations. Customers are responsible for configuring users, branches, menus, taxes, payment methods, and workflows accurately for their business.
Subscriptions are provided on the plan, limits, features, billing cycle, and add-ons agreed with RestaurantOS or its authorized operator. Access may depend on active subscription status.
RestaurantOS uses invoice-based subscription billing unless another written agreement applies. Invoices identify the billing period, plan, add-ons, taxes, discounts, paid totals, and outstanding balance.
RestaurantOS does not require an online payment gateway for SaaS billing. Payments may be recorded manually after bank transfer, cash, card terminal, or other external confirmation.
Customers may request cancellation according to their subscription agreement. Cancellation does not automatically waive unpaid invoices or committed setup, migration, or service fees.
RestaurantOS may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for non-payment, illegal use, security risk, abuse, or material breach of these terms.
Restaurant business data, operational records, menu data, order records, customer data, and reports remain owned by the tenant customer, subject to lawful processing needed to provide the service.
Customers must not misuse the service, attack the platform, violate law, upload malicious content, spam users, or attempt unauthorized access to other tenants or systems.
The platform is provided with reasonable care. RestaurantOS is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect configuration, external payment devices, network failures, unlawful tenant data, or third-party service outages beyond its control.
Support is provided according to the customer plan or written agreement. Emergency issues should be reported with tenant, branch, affected workflow, time, and reproducible details.
